A military transport plane belonging to the Algerian Air Force crashed Tuesday in the country's eastern Oum El Bouaghi province, killing 103 people on board.
The plane, which carried family members of military staff, was en route from Tamanrasset in southern Algeria to the eastern Constantine Airport.
