China's Finance Minister Lou Jiwei said Thursday that several factors should be taken into consideration when interpreting China's growth target of around 7.5 percent this year.[Special coverage]
China has used "around" when it sets the GDP, inflation and employment target this year, which means growth of 7.3 percent or 7.2 percent can still be counted within that range, Lou said at a press conference.
"Whether the final reading is at a touch more or less than the 7.5 percent target is not that important," he added.
