Oil prices rose Tuesday as Russian President Putin signed an agreement accepting the Republic of Crimea as part of its territory.
Light, sweet crude for April delivery moved up 1.62 U.S. dollars to settle at 99.7 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
