China will further cut red tape to help spur innovation of micro and small businesses and create jobs, according to the State Council's meeting on Wednesday.
The country will further remove and transfer 52 administrative approvals to local governments including the approval previously needed to grant tax preferential policies for micro and small-sized enterprises, as well as for enterprises which hire laid-off workers, according to a statement.
