China stocks close lower Monday

Chinese shares closed lower on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.11 percent, or 2.31 points, to finish at 2,024.37.

The Shenzhen Component Index declined 0.04 percent, or 2.82 points, to close at 7,192.87.
