China Southern Airlines on Monday launched a new flight from China's Guangzhou via Changsha to Frankfurt in Germany to meet rising demand for travel and business engagement.
The new flight brought to eight the number of cities in China's mainland that have air links to German cities. Air China, China Eastern Airlines and Lufthansa have flights from Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Qingdao, Shenyang and Nanjing to Frankfurt, Munich and Dusseldorf.
The new flight takes off from Guangzhou at 9:30 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and arrives in Frankfurt at 6 a.m. the next day. The returning flight departs from Frankfurt at 2:15 p.m. every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and lands in Guangzhou at 9:15 a.m. the next day.
