The draft of a highly anticipated regulation on immovable property registration was discussed at a State Council meeting held Wednesday, according to a statement published Wednesday on the central government's website.
Ownership certificates that have been already issued will be still effective under the new mechanism, according to the regulation.
The draft regulation will be published to solicit public opinion, the statement said.
The meeting also decided to expand the scope of the survey on unemployment and release unemployment rate data for big cities, as ensuring employment is the government's major responsibility.
