Nepal's government has approved the country to be a founding member of China-sponsored Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), officials said Wednesday.
According to Nepal's Finance Ministry, the meeting of Council of Ministers a month ago has already given approval to get the membership of the AIIB and the Finance Minister's visit to China is aimed at preparing ground for the same.
