The housing authorities of Zhuhai, South China's Guangdong Province, eased property purchasing restrictions in the city in a regulation released on late Friday.
Properties over an area of 144 square meters in downtown Zhuhai are open to non-local residents, according to the new rule.
So far, over 30 cities nationwide have loosened property purchasing restrictions. Only five cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, are still enforcing purchasing restrictions.
