Chinese carmaker FAW will recall 478 domestically-made Mazda 6 Atenza cars from October 15 over fuel pump defects, the country's product quality watchdog announced on Monday.
These cars, produced between March 13 and April 24, may suffer a sudden loss of power due to problems with their fuel pump controllers, according to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
FAW will contact buyers and solve the problem for free.
