China stocks open mixed Tuesday

Chinese stocks opened mixed on Tuesday morning, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.15 percent, or 4.63 points, to open at 3,090.49.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened at 10,887.68, up 0.18 percent, or 19.54 points.
