BMW opened an online shop on Alibaba's e-commerce platform tmall.com, becoming the first premium car maker to provide a full range of online services in China, news portal china.com.cn reported on Thursday.
BMW's online flagship store will provide a wide range of services including reservations, maintenance, and training courses, the report said.
Through BMW's online store, customers can book maintenance appointments as well as training courses, the report said, noting the shop also provides discounts for preorders.
