Premium car maker Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) announced it will recall all Evoque SUVs that were imported in 2014 and 2015 into the Chinese mainland due to transmission failures, a problem that was slammed by China Central Television in a report on Sunday, World Consumer Rights Day.
The company will recall a total of 36,451 Evoque SUVs manufactured between July 15, 2013 and December 24, 2014, according to a statement released on JLR's Sina Weibo on Thursday night.
