Handsome career packages include political platforms

Beijing (CNS) -- An annual salary of half a million yuan, an apartment of over 100 square meters and access to a start-up fund of five million yuan for scientific research – these are features of generous packages offered to high-end talent with doctoral degrees by employers manning booths at a job fair held on Sunday in Beijing.

According to the city's human resource authority, 111 employers from the city and other areas attended the fair, including universities, governmental agencies, research institutes, medical and health institutions and business enterprises.

Also, by special invitation, more than one hundred post-doctorate researchers from China's several top universities participated in the fair.

Besides the handsome remuneration and favorable terms, employers are also highlighting the great arena talent will have to give full play to their capability. For instance, the city government of Tongren, Guizhou Province has opened 43 local government positions that make good platforms for those graduates dreaming of political careers.
