一项两岸及香港“剩女”大调查结果11日在台北公布,近六成受访女性不在乎被称作“剩女”,期待爱情出现。
Taipei (CNS) -- About sixty percent of females don't mind being labeled leftover singles, according to a survey conducted among females on the mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan released on July 11. Despite age becoming a liability, the girls would rather await the arrival of true love.
The survey was jointly conducted between June 25 and July 2 by Taiwan SET TV Station and the largest Chinese-language infotainment web portal Sina.com, yielding 4,670 valid questionnaires for analysis.
China's 'leftover females' normally refers to financially independent girls who remain single at a marriageable age.
According to the survey, this deliberately unmarried demographic no longer regards a handsome appearance or car and house ownership as the necessary components of Mr. Right.
