Yantai (CNS) -- Famous Taiwanese magician Liu Qian declared his Magic Show Tour Shanghai Station open at a press conference on Monday.

Liu also agreed to donate to a "Health Plan" organized by the Shanghai Special Olympic Committee and the Shanghai Special-care Foundation.

Liu's first public appearance on the mainland was in 2009 during CCTV's annual New Year's Gala.
