广西团伙走私成品油近5万吨偷税亿元案开审

9月10日，广西南宁市中级法院开庭审理一起特大走私案，受审的走私团伙被控走私柴油47399.9吨，偷逃税款1.19亿元人民币，该案是广西有史以来查获的偷逃税款最高的走私成品油案，也是海关总署缉私局挂牌督办的案件。

Nanning (CNS) -- A trial involving the largest-ever amount of tax evasion in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region began Monday at the Nanning Intermediate People's Court.

Eight people are accused of smuggling over 47,000 tons of diesel and evading 119 million yuan (US$18.75 million) in taxes from February to October 2011, according to the Nanning Procuratorate.

The case is under the supervision of the Anti-smuggling Bureau of China's General Administration of Customs.
