Chua Lam meets fans in Beijing

“碰到好吃的要多吃，遇到爱的人要爱”，知名美食家蔡澜19日做客北京时尚廊书店，与读者分享美食人生。

Beijing (CNS) -- Famous food critic Chua Lam appeared at a book-signing Sunday at Trends Lounge, a bookstore and cafe in Beijing.

Chua not only signed copies of his new book, he also shared food experiences with fans, recommending soy sauces and some of his favorite films.

The new collection of works is divided into seven volumes, each consisting of four books, he said. The newly published volume represents the first of the collection.

Chua said he chose all the articles in the collection, which mainly includes travel notes and dining experiences, from those he has published over the past 30 years.
