Three executed for murder of family   

广西贺州税务局长灭门案三主犯被执行死刑

根据最高人民法院核准，广西贺州市中级法院24日对广受关注的“地税分局局长灭门案”主犯凌小娟、苏可章、刘胜明等3人执行死刑。

Hezhou (CNS) -- Three people were executed Thursday for the murder of a couple and their two children in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

The killing was masterminded by a woman surnamed Lin, who was the sister of the murdered wife. Relations between the siblings had reportedly soured over finances and other family trifles.

Lin coaxed two of her other relatives to assist in the murder with promises of money.

All three were arrested on May 20, 2011. Along with the husband and wife, Lin and her accomplices killed a 16-year-old girl and 15-year-old boy. The husband was the director of the local taxation office.
