Napoleon's furniture to be exhibited in Macao  

“法国五月”：拿破仑真品到澳门 香港回到1920

港澳“法国五月”艺术节又将来袭，今年艺术节以1920年代为主题，重现现代艺术的绽放时期。同时，“拿破仑宫廷艺术展”将在澳门举行，包括拿破仑皇帝宝座在内的一批精品将首次全球公开展出。

Hong Kong (CNS) -- Napoleon's throne and other furniture will be exhibited at an upcoming art festival, said Arnaud Barthelemy, Consulate-general of France in Hong Kong and Macao, on Tuesday at a press conference.

Napoleon's marching tent and palace items such as candlesticks and pendant lamps will also be displayed.

The furniture exhibition is part of the "French May" art festival, which will be launched on April 17 and last until June 23. The art festival will display the art of France in the 1920s.

Fifty stage performances, 18 exhibitions and 50 films will be presented during the festival, according to Barthelemy.
