Beijing (CNS) -- In an effort to bring the famous giant Rubber Duck to "swim" in Shichahai Lake, the scenic spot has launched special promotional events to attract the adorable structure.
As one of the candidates to display the Rubber Duck, Shichahai Lake organized welcoming events for the Rubber Duck.
People who book group boat tickets online and take photos with little rubber ducks on the boat can have the chance to get an authentic Rubber Duck doll.
In June, the creator of the Rubber Duck, Dutch artist Florentijin Hofman, signed an agreement with Beijing Design Week to bring the Rubber Duck to the capital this September.
During his stay in Beijing, Hofman visited several scenic spots, including Beihai Park, Yuyuantan Park, and Summer Palace, but he didn't decide which place to display the sculpture.
