(ECNS) -- New Zealand's SkyCity Casino, which received approval Monday to expand its businesses, says it will eventually work to attract Asian clients, especially Chinese clients.
SkyCity Entertainment Group will invest 433 million New Zealand dollars (347 million US dollars) to build the casino into a world-class recreational center, featuring a six-star hotel and high-end restaurants, according to Nigel Morrison, CEO of SkyCity.
When the growth project is finished, SkyCity will focus on attracting Asian clients, especially those from China, said Morrison.
The expansion project will also create more job opportunities for New Zealanders.
