Washington (CNS) -- Two Chinese-American twin sisters have been ranked on Capitol Hill's annual "50 Most Beautiful People" list released by The Hill newspaper on Wednesday.
Chellie Zou and Sara Zou, who ranked fourth and fifth on the list respectively, both serve as production assistants at C-SPAN, a nonprofit American cable television network that televises federal government proceedings and other public affairs programming.
The sisters, who have a Chinese father and an American mother, are both 24 years old and both graduated from Purdue University.
In college, they were Purdue's Silver Twins, the university's dual position for twin twirlers, which dates back to 1960. The twins twirled batons with the marching band, always performing together and often mirroring each other's movements.
The twins are equally beautiful, so they were ranked by age, since Chellie is 10 seconds younger than Sara, according to a Washington Post report.
Starting from 2003, The Hill newspaper has held an annual event to choose the "50 most beautiful people" from candidates in the political community.
