(ECNS)-- Taiwan's China Airlines (CA) has launched a campaign for kids from 7 to 10 years old to help them "realize" their career dream -- being a flight attendant, according to Taiwan's NOWnews.com.
Being a flight attendant was ranked first in an online poll of Kids' Dream Jobs launched by Taiwan's Ministry of the Interior.
The event will be hosted five times from August to September, with 15 children each time. The first event was held on Saturday, with three boys and 12 girls, along with their parents and grandparents.
Boys dressed in flight attendant vests and ties and girls in mini modified cheongsams learned to serve "guests" -- the parents or grandparents -- in an airline cabin simulator. The guests enjoyed services such as greeting, seating, and delivery of meals, newspapers and magazines, and pillows and blankets.
The young attendants also walked a red carpet to show off their postures.
The families also visited CA's aviation museum, and had lunch with their children.
