(ECNS) -- The customer service center of 12306.cn, China's official website for booking train tickets, has set up a special "venting wall" at the company's cafeteria in an effort to help employees relieve stress.
It is the first time the center has set up such a wall during the Spring Festival travel rush period, and it is already covered in colorful stickers with stress relieving tips.
There is also a punching bag near the wall, specially designed for customer service workers to hit after answering complaint calls from customers.
The hotline and the train ticket booking website are two separate systems. However, since their names both contain the number of "12306", customers are often confused and make complaints to the hotline instead.
