Man, 103, gives vegetable bouquet to 105-yr-old wife

(ECNS) -- A 103-year-old man in Sichuan province gave a bouquet of vegetables and fruit to his wife ahead of Valentine's Day as a special gift, the Sichuan Daily reported.

The man named Wu Conghan celebrated his birthday a few days ago and got blessings from his wife, who is two years older than him.

On Feb 12, Wu gave his wife a bouquet made of oranges, carrots, broccoli, spinach and 90 peas which represent 90 years of happy marriage.

Wu's son and daughter said the old couple still hold hands when they go out and show loving care to each other. "People age with time, but love can make one live longer and happily."
