Beijing (CNS) -- "Combating judicial corruption" represents the key word in a proposal from Chairman Mao Zedong's grandson Mao Xinyu, a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), at this year's two sessions. [Special coverage]
Mao Xinyu told China News Service (CNS), "I made the proposal because I thought preserving judicial integrity holds the key to combating corruption."
"As an honest and upright leader, my grandfather hated corruption, and had always taught his children how to act with integrity," he added.
As for his leisure activities, Mao said he has been practicing pen calligraphy every day.
