Manila (ECNS) -- The Chinese embassy in the Philippines said on Tuesday that a Chinese national was roughed up at Manila Airport on Monday night.
An official from the embassy said the agency received a report that a Chinese national was treated brutally at the airport, and it immediately sent two officers to the airport to provide consular protection and assistance.
