(ECNS) – It is known that dogs love bones and meat, but how about a dog that favors cigarettes over bones? A 2-year-old husky in Anda, Heilongjiang province, showed it has become addicted to smoking, Heilongjiang Morning Post reported.
Meiya began smoking last year, when it was adopted, according to its owner, a man surnamed Liu.
The dog was always around Liu when he smoked and showed enjoyment of the smoke, the owner said, and now it must have a cigarette before going to sleep.
Meiya was particularly interested in Yuxi cigarettes, a brand Liu usually smoked, he added.
Concerned about Meiya's health, Liu hopes to help his dog quit smoking as soon as possible.
