(ECNS) -- The Hurun list of the richest women on the Chinese mainland was released Monday and includes a 24-year-old girl.
Yang Huiyan, 33, daughter of property developer Yang Guoqiang and the biggest stakeholder in her father's firm Country Garden, remained at the top of the list, even though her wealth shrank by 14 percent to 44 billion yuan ($7.19 billion).
The second-richest woman is Chen Lihua, 73-year-old chairwoman of Fu Wah International Group. Her wealth rose by 8 percent to 40 billion yuan ($6.53 billion).
Chen was followed by Zhang Yin, 57, the founder and director of the family company Nine Dragons Paper Holdings, with her wealth rising by seven percent to 29 billion yuan ($4.74 billion).
Longfor Properties chairwoman Wu Yajun, 50, dropped to fourth place, as her wealth shrank by seven percent to 26 billion yuan ($4.25 billion).
The youngest on the list is 24-year-old real estate heiress Ji Kaiting. She was listed as the youngest billionaire worldwide by Forbes magazine in March. With a net worth of 80 billion yuan ($1.31 billion), she replaces Dustin Moskovitz, co-founder of Facebook, to win the title. Her father, Ji Haipeng, is board chairman and CEO of Logan Property in Shenzhen.
Despite the cooling down trend, the property sector still accounted for 28 percent of the women on the list. The financial sector accounted for 14 percent and the manufacturing industry 11 percent.
New to the top 10 is Ma Dongmin, with wealth of 22.5 billion yuan ($3.68 billion). She is the wife of Robin Li Yanhong, founder of search engine giant Baidu, in which she holds 4.8 percent of shares.
