HK tops 2015 destination list for S Korean tourists

(ECNS) -- Hong Kong is expected to become the top destination for South Korean tourists in 2015, Dong-a Ilbo reported on Monday, citing a travel website.

Based on search records and tourist reservations in South Korea during the second half of 2014, it predicted the top spots would include Hong Kong, Osaka, Hawaii, Paris, Bangkok, Tokyo, Taipei, Singapore, Rome and London.

Compared with 2012, the number of travellers to Japan also witnessed a significant increase in 2014, according to the site.
