This year's 2013 Spring Festival has illustrated Chinese people's growing desire to travel during national holidays.
More than 4 million Chinese tourists chose to spend the Lunar New Year overseas, a 14 percent growth compared to last year. And European countries have been quick to welcome them. In 2012, Chinese tourists spent 7.2 billion US dollars on luxury products in Europe, contributing 62 percent of total sales for Europe's big brands that year.
