At 8 Qinian Chinese Restaurant, one can try many dishes not available elsewhere. Chef Duan Yu applies both modern and traditional ways to present a unique cuisine. He uses fresh seasonal ingredients, prepared with classic cooking methods but a new presentation.
Tasty appetizers include flavorful marinated bean curd and refreshing assorted Sichuan pickled vegetables. Following that, drink a bowl of nutritious Chinese soup of conpoy with mushroom. The chef makes a distinctive steamed version of Chinese drunken crab. T-bone beef steak, fresh scallop fried with chili, and litchi-flavored prawn ball are all worth trying. Average spending is 230 yuan per head.
