近日,已有300多年历史的北京果脯,将凭借其独特的制作技艺申报北京市非物质文化遗产.
Recently, the Beijing preserved fruit which has over 300 years history will apply for the status of national intangible cultural heritage because of its special workmanship.
据介绍,老北京人熟悉的"北京果脯",在清末民初就已驰名国内外.其制作从明末皇宫御膳房开始,因果脯与"国富"谐音,具有"国强民富"的意思,所以深得宫廷喜爱.
As we know, the "Bejing preserved fruit" is well-known home and abroad from the late Qing Dynasty. It's begun in the Palace kitchen in late Ming Dynasty. The pronunciation of "preserved fruit" is homonymic as "national wealth", which means "The nation is prosperous and the people are strong and powerful". So the palace likes it.
红螺食品就是北京一家生产果脯的企业.国家非物质文化遗产保护专家委员会委员、民俗专家赵书介绍,北京红螺食品前身是成立于1909年的百年老号"聚顺和",距今已102年.
Zhaoshu, who is in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Committee of Experts said that they have found the Beijing Hongluo Food Compang has grew out of the the "Jushunhe". And "Jushunhe" had been founded in 1909, which is 102 years old.
