Led by Rear Admiral Fiuza, deputy director of the National Defense Mobilization Department of Brazil, the information exchange and study delegation of the Brazilian national defense mobilization system visited the PLA Daily on the morning of September 17, 2012.
Major General Zhu Yingqiu, deputy editor-in-chief of the PLA Daily and deputy director of the Editorial Committee of the China's National Defense Mobilization Website, accompanied the delegation during the visit.
