Upon the invitation of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Ministry of National Defense (MND) of People's Republic of China (PRC), nearly 80 foreign military attaches to China from 50-odd countries visied the Anti-Chemical Institute of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) on October 24, 2012.
During the visit, the foreign military attaches listened to the briefings of the institute and watched both the static and dynamic demonstration of some anti-chemical equipment.
In order to help foreign military attaches deepen their knowledge about China and its armed forces, the MND holds each year briefings about China's foreign policies, national defense policies and army building for foreign military attaches to China and organize them to visit military units.
