PLA and APF representatives arrive in Beijing

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) will begin on November 8, 2012 in Beijing. Representatives of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) and the Chinese People's Armed Police Force (APF) attending the 18th CPC National Congress successively arrived in Beijing.

The PLA and APF representatives expressed that attending the 18th CPC National Congress to directly take part in the decision-making on major issues of the CPC and the country is not only their lofty political honor, but also their solemn historical responsibility.
