The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) fired off one more short-range projectile, estimated to be an artillery shell, Tuesday afternoon in its east coast, multiple local media reported citing government sources.
The DPRK launched an artillery shell at around 4:20 p.m. local time from the Wonsan areas in its southeastern coast toward eastern waters.
The DPRK's new multiple rocket launcher, which the Republic of Korea's military called KN-09, was believed to have fired the shell, which flew around 155 km.
Pyongyang fired off four artillery shells with the KN-09 from the same place on Feb 21, Seoul's Defense Ministry said Monday.
