It's the last day of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's multinational military exercise in North China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
The live-fire drill kicked off this morning after days of collaborated training. Chinese Military Spokesman Yang Yujun said that the drill is the fifth of its kind under the Shanghai Cooperation Organization framework. He also said that the drill is aimed at battling the "three evil forces" of separatism, extremism and terrorism. "Peace Mission-2014" involves over 7-thousand troops from five members of the SCO -- China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
