Sudan: China plays great role in Africa

China's leadership change is attracting global attention. In Africa, Sudan's National Congress Party has complimented China on its global economic and political influence. Ibrahim Ghan-dour, chairman of External Relations for Sudan's ruling NCP, says China has set a good example for economic development.

Ibrahim Ghandour, Chairman of External Relations, Sudan Nat'L Congress Party, said, "China is an important industrialized economy power. China represents the second largest economy in the world. China plays a great role in internal politics and also in Africa. Chinese contributed greatly to the world. In Sudan, Chinese companies are numerous. China plays a great role in the development of the country. That was supported and encouraged by the leadership of China and the Chinese Communist Party."
