Wang Jin-pyng (C), head of Taiwan's legislative body, delivers a letter of statement in person to the Kuomintang (KMT) disciplinary committee in the morning on Sep. 11, 2013. In the statement, Wang identified himself as a permanent member of the KMT and reiterated that he had done nothing wrong. He left the party headquarters immediately after.
