Head of Taiwan's legislature stripped of KMT membership (1/3)

Wang Jin-pyng (C), head of Taiwan's legislative body, delivers a letter of statement in person to the Kuomintang (KMT) disciplinary committee in the morning on Sep. 11, 2013.
