Naked foreign student sits in the middle of a road in Haikou (3/9)

A naked foreign student sits in the middle of a road in Haikou city of South China's Hainan province on September 15, 2013. The man, in his twenties, began sitting with clothes on and gradually took them off. Staff from a local police station brought the man back and he was found with a blade in his mouth.
