No.12 glacier in Laohugou Valley on Qilian Mountain, NW China (5/8)

Photo taken on Feb. 22, 2014 shows the No. 12 glacier in Laohugou Valley on the western section of the Qilian Mountain in Subei Mongolian Autonomous County, northwest China's Gansu Province. The No. 12 glacier in Laohugou Valley, the longest glacier in the Qilian Mountain, has presented an apparent shrinkage due to temperature rising, according to a research made by China Academy of Sciences.
