One injured in hostage drama, S China (2/9)

A man hurts a customer with a knife and later takes two salesgirls as hostages at a cosmetics shop near Longhua subway station in Shenzhen of south China's Guangdong province at around 8 p.m. on April 23, 2014. Local police successfully rescued the two hostages after two-hours' standoff. According to the police, the man, surnamed Wu, is 24 years old and comes from Hubei province.
