Zongzi, or sticky rice dumplings, is a traditional Chinese food made of glutinous rice with different stuffings and wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves.
Although they’re available year-round, zongzi are a traditional food eaten on the Dragon Boat Festival, which usually falls on the fifth day of the fifth month on the lunar calendar.
