Luoyang aims to become 'Chinese Culture City' (9/10)

Tourists visit Guanlin Temple, which was built to commemorate Guan Yu, a general of the Three Kingdom period (220-280 AD) known for his loyalty and righteousness, in Luoyang, central China's Henan Province, Sept. 19, 2013.
