Heavy rainfall has triggered floods, hitting the famous Fenghuang ancient town in Fenghuang county of central China's Hunan province on July 15, 2014. Waters in the nearby Tuojiang River rose above warning level, causing severe flooding and power outages. More than 120,000 locals and tourists have been evacuated since Monday night as record downpours hit the county and several scenic spots were closed. [Photo: China News Service / Yang Huafeng]
