$25m 'water palace' in Chongqing looks like White House (4/4)

A luxury barge is under construction on the Yangtze River in southwest China's Chongqing, July 24, 2014. The barge, with a 7-story structure and a semispherical dome on top, covers about 40,000 square meters.
