A hot pot restaurant, decorated like a "karst cave," becomes popular in Wanzhou district, Chongqing municipality. The restaurant, which has just more than ten tables, spent about one million Yuan ($162,000) in decoration, sources said. Hot pot is a traditional Chinese meal that people enjoy by sitting around a pot of simmering water, dipping raw foods, such as thinly-sliced meats, fish, vegetables, and noodles, into the water to cook.
