Shenzhen residents rush for purchasing cars before new rule (2/10)

Under the new rule, 100,000 car plates will be distributed to buyers in Shenzhen annually, including 20,000 electric vehicles by means of lottery and 80,000 ordinary vehicles, 50 percent of which by auctions.
